Each of the 11 properties on the site are freehold. The communal areas are maintained by Poppy Fields (Swindon) Residents Limited. The obligations of the freeholders and the management company are set out in the deeds of each property (see copy below together with a plan of the site) and the Articles of Association of the company (see Company Information page).
